An
important element of the SorbIts® Ultra Printer processing
is the recovery and measurement of the solvent in each customer’s
soiled SorbIts® Ultras. The solvent is not emitted
to the air or discharged as washing effluent, but is recovered as
a re-usable process by-product.
The information on the recovered solvent quantity can be documented
for the generator’s use in Mass Balance Calculations.
This information may reduce annual emission fees and reporting requirements.
Our unique solvent recovery system
captures a very high percentage of the incoming solvent. By using AbsorbTech’s
patented reporting capabilities, customers can reclassify a significant
percentage of their emissions from towels as “Recovered”,
reducing costs and possibly qualifying for emission credits. Innovation
